A-ROSA River Cruises has created its first ever dedicated brochure for group organisers and coach operators.
The 8-page digital brochure highlights all the key reasons to book with A-ROSA, with details of the most popular itineraries and its fleet of 15 ships. For over 20 years, A-ROSA has been shaking off the formal image of river cruising to create a fun, relaxed and refreshingly different way to sail Europe’s most beautiful rivers including the Rhine, Moselle, Main, Danube, Seine, Rhone and Douro.
Michelle Daniels, sales director at A-ROSA River Cruises UK & Ireland comments: “Our relaxed, flexible style of river cruising is the perfect fit for group travel, and we offer a wide range of dates, rivers and itineraries. We have over 20 years of experience hosting groups on board from all over the world and we want to embrace this market segment even more in 2025. We have competitive rates and some exceptional group benefits which make a river cruise great value.”
Group organisers enjoy no-risk allocations, competitive all-inclusive fixed net rates, flexible payment terms and much more. A free cabin for a tour leader/coach driver is offered with a minimum of only 15 full-paying guests.
A-ROSA’s fleet includes ships of a multitude of sizes offering plenty of space for all different types of groups. The river cruise operator is renowned for large public spaces, which allows groups to sit together in the various restaurant, to enjoy the onboard entertainment together in the comfort of the Lounge and for special, dedicated group events to take place during the cruise.
For 2025, the river cruise line has new embarkation/disembarkation ports on several rivers which make joining one of its river cruises by air, rail or coach even easier. On the Danube, groups will now join the ship in the pretty town of Passau which has great transport links from the UK. A-ROSA’s two newest ships A-ROSA ALEA and A-ROSA CLEA are smaller than many in the fleet, offering a more intimate, boutique feel. On the Seine, A-ROSA ALEA’S will home port in the heart of Paris and on the Rhine, A-ROSA CLEA will use Frankfurt as her main joining point – again both are easily accessible from the UK.
Other popular joining points are Cologne on the Rhine, Lyon on the Rhone and Porto on the Douro.
Daniels adds: “We have so much choice when it comes to transport options, rivers and vessels with easily accessible embarkation and disembarkation ports. Coach groups can park their coach at the embarkation port and their guests utilise A-ROSA’s extensive excursion programme, or their coach can follow the group – it is all very flexible. We are very happy to offer full training and support to group organisers and of course, we would be happy to discuss charter or part charter requirements.”
A river cruise with A-ROSA is all about freedom and flexibility. Promising its signature all-inclusive style as standard, quality dining is included in the price, along with a fantastic choice of wines, Prosecco, beers, soft drinks all day and evening. Longer days and overnight stays in port are made for exploring with the added option to choose from a wide choice of excursions or simply head out independently and discover each beautiful destination as it comes. Back on board, the cruise style is equally do as you please. Relaxed mealtimes mean guests can take their pick from deliciously fresh buffets while perks like the signature SPA-ROSA on many ships complete the easygoing line-up.
